Most attached structures require a building permit through Latrobe City Council. We manage the full permit process for you. From application through to approval, you do not need to contact the council or handle any of the paperwork yourself.
In most cases, yes. We assess the existing slab or subframe during the design consultation to confirm what is suitable and what the attachment options are. This is worked out before we quote, not after.
